Duties and Responsibilities:\nWork in the capacity of Scrum Master & Project Manager.\nEvaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.\nLead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.\nDocument and communicate the results of efforts.\nManage competing resources and priorities.\nMonitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.\nEffectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.\nUnderstand and assess the changing needs of the business.\nIdentify specific business opportunities.\nInfluence stakeholders to support business projects.\nAssist with project management for selected projects.\nCoordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes.\nTest business processes and recommend improvements.\nDetermine and define project scope and objectives.\nCreate long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.\nDelegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.\nMake effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.\nServe as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.\nCommunicate with executives or senior management to keep the project aligned with their goals.\nPerform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.\nManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.\nUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.\nMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvement.\nAdjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.\nFamiliar with collaboration and task tracking tools like Rally / Jira to effectively manage projects and timelines.\nDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.\nEstimate the scope of the product and manage the change in scope.\nEstimate and track time and cost requirements.\nManage and mitigate risks.\nPerform user acceptance testing.\nPlan and sequence of schedules and activities.\nNegotiate work with the team.\nRemove impediments and assist the team.\nServe as a focal point for information on the project.\nManage stakeholder communication.\nTrack, report, and keep documentation.\nWork as a Scrum Master cum Project Manager within the team to meet Project Objective and timelines.\nAt our company and at our client’s company, a Technical Project Manager requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.","company":"Softthink
