This position requires a strong grasp of software development methodologies, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.\n\nDescription:\nDevelop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.\nAnalyze complex technical issues and perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nFix bugs and resolve software defects, often handling escalated tickets from Level 1 support.\nWrite clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards.\nParticipate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and disseminate knowledge across the team.\nCollaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features.\nProvide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture.\nEnsure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize disruption and maintain system uptime.\nMaintain and contribute to comprehensive technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.\n\nQualifications\nAn active TS/SCI with MD polygraph is required.
