This full-time, on-site role in San Francisco, CA involves architecting systems that support talent matching, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making, as well as integrating AI and machine learning capabilities where appropriate. Day-to-day tasks include developing production-quality software, setting up cloud infrastructure, implementing APIs, ensuring system reliability and security, and collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The Founding Engineer will establish engineering best practices, contribute to technical strategy and roadmap, and participate in hiring and mentoring future engineering team members.
