Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role provides financial leadership to segment operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and partners with business leaders to drive profitability, growth, working capital improvement, and operational excellence. The position serves as the primary finance business partner to segment leadership and is responsible for aligning financial strategy with operational objectives across a multi-site environment. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, acquisition integration, cash flow management, and continuous process improvement, while providing leadership to finance and accounting personnel supporting the segment.
