The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company's standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nExperience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required\nAssemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met\nAssembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operating presses and punches out parts; working with coper tubes and/or coil fins\nMay assist in training new operators\nPerform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications\nMaintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift\nCollaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency\nFollows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrevious experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred\nAbility to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements\nCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support\n\nAdditional Information\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans\nBosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
