However, we are open to hiring someone who is fully remote regardless of location. Although the position will be remote, there might be some occasional travel to ERPS facilities or customer sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop AI-enabled applications, services, APIs, and workflows.\nTranslate business requirements into technical AI solutions and system designs.\nBuild and maintain integrations between AI services and enterprise systems.\nPrepare, manage, and validate data for AI models and inference workflows .\nOptimize prompt engineering, retrieval logic, orchestration flows, and agent behavior .\nDeploy AI solutions using best practices in software engineering and DevOps.\nMonitor performance, reliability, output quality, latency, and cost in production environments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system defects, performance issues, and integration challenges.\nEnsure AI systems meet security, governance, privacy, and compliance standards.\nDocument architectures, workflows, technical decisions, and support procedures .\nCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business value.\nContinuously improve solutions based on performance data and user feedback.\n\nDay-to-Day Activities:\nMonitor the health and performance of AI applications in production.\nResolve bugs, failures, and quality issues across AI workflows and integrations.\nDevelop and enhance AI features within enterprise systems.\nValidate outputs for quality, accuracy, and business relevance.\nTune prompts, pipelines, and orchestration logic.\nParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, and release activities.\nPartner with stakeholders to refine requirements and priorities.\nMaintain accurate documentation and change tracking.\n\nMonthly Focus Areas:\nEvaluate solution performance against business and technical KPIs.\nAnalyze trends such as model drift, reliability, and output consistency.\nRecommend and implement improvements to models, prompts, and architecture.\nOptimize cost, scalability, and system resilience.\nParticipate in governance, risk, and compliance reviews.\nUpdate documentation and operational procedures.\nIdentify opportunities for new AI use cases and enhancements.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n1–3+ years of experience working with AI platforms such as Oracle AI, AWS AI, Anthropic, or OpenAI.\nProficiency in Python.\nStrong understanding of (LLMs)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with LangChain, vector databases, RAG, or MCP frameworks.\nFamiliarity with OCI and Docker.\n\nCompany:\n\nAt ERP Suites, our focus is on helping our customers realize IT’s potential.
