With our Duck pin bowling, large arcade and redemption room, 8 auditoriums of movies, to our Signature 5S Rocks Bar & Grill , our passion for what we do creates a vibrant energy that always makes you feel welcome.\nReporting to: This position reports to the General Manager and will lead a culinary team committed to preparing every dish from scratch with a focus on quality, flavor, and excellence in order to deliver our mission: Excellent food, service and entertainment, Every Time.\nYou’ll thrive in this position if you are:\nPassionate about creating a memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations\nFocus on creating a Guest-first culture each and every day\nHave high energy!\nDedicated to ensuring team adherence to recipes, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in the kitchen\nCommitted to driving continuous improvement by coaching leading, and developing the restaurant team\nService-oriented in your approach to working calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment\nAs the Executive KM you will:\nManage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning\nDemonstrate ingredient knowledge and understanding of culinary trends\nUse your career experience and talents to help the restaurant reach its financial goals by controlling cost of goods and searching for solutions when targets are not met\nMaintain kitchen cleanliness, organizations, and equipment care and maintenance\nManage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise creating a calm and positive work environment\nFoster an environment of continuous learning, open and honest feedback, and corrective action as needed\nManage labor expectations and plans each scheduled shift accordingly\nDemonstrate the knowledge and awareness of sales and labor budgets and the ability to discuss P&L with management team\nBenefits include: This position offers competitive salary with paid time off, comprehensive management training, dining discounts, and an average 50-hour work week with 2 days off.\nQualifications\n3-4 years of high-volume culinary management experience\nDemonstrated working understanding of business operations and financials\nExperience with POS systems and inventory control systems; prior Micros and Yellow Dog experience is a plus\nAble to work ten-hour plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods of time\nMust be able to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed\nAble to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds\nFinger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.\nAbility to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat, and work in a confined space\nMust possess hearing, visual, and sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency situations; also, to distinguish product, taste, texture, temperature, and presentation of food\nWho we are: We are a family-owned operation committed to providing a high-quality and entertaining environment for families to gather and create lasting memories together.
