Full Time Safari Tour Guide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Safari Tour Guide located in Yuma, TN. The Safari Tour Guide will lead engaging and informative tours, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, sharing historical and wildlife-related facts, and assisting guests with queries or needs during their safari experience. The role may also involve promoting additional services or products to enhance the tour experience.QualificationsProficient in guiding and managing tours with attention to detail and safetyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate tour participantsExceptional customer service abilities to ensure a positive guest experienceKnowledge of history, wildlife, or regional details is a plusExperience in sales or upselling services during tours is advantageousAbility to work outdoors and in varying weather conditionsFlexible schedule- weekends requiredPassion for outdoor adventures and educating others
