Applying best industry practices for maintenance, reliability activities, and work processes to lead process analytical improvements through the identification of poor technology placement and reliability issues. Providing manufacturing partners with sustainable product quality through the effective utilization of process analyzers and your expert knowledge of process analytical technology. Collaborating and negotiating with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations personnel by providing design reviews, repair and maintenance support, and recommendations for asset and process optimization. If you...Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 7 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree with at least 10 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 15 years of related experience in process analytics and instrumentation within the refining or petrochemical industries. Demonstrate a solid understanding of process safety and Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) safety concepts. Have experience with the implementation, design, and maintenance of process analyzer technologies, including gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, TOC, pH, viscosity, conductivity, and related analyzer systems. Have experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS). Possess strong technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and computer skills. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
