leadership in capability development and cross-office alignmentCapable of traveling up to 20% and sometimes working outside normal hoursMaintain a valid driver’s license\nKey requirementsBachelor in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline (accredited university)Licensed Professional Engineer in at least one U.S. state (with ability to obtain others)Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in Distribution line engineering, project delivery, technical leadership, or engineering managementExperience leading multiple teams, offices, or geographically distributed engineering practicesExperience in an engineering consulting environment preferredExperience with business development, strategic pursuits, proposals, and client relationship managementProject Management Professional certification is an assetExperience leading distribution engineering programs covering grid modernization, reliability, and asset replacementDemonstrated
