Join us in our mission to shape the future of gaming and bring the best gaming products to the world!\n\nWe are looking for a Manager, Network Engineer to lead our team of network engineers and oversee the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise network infrastructure.\n\nThis position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage a global team of network engineers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and technical leadership.\nCollaborate with senior leadership to define architectural strategies, budget priorities, and workload distribution.\nPartner with external vendors and service providers to deliver highly available, cost-optimized network solutions.\nDesign, deploy, and maintain Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and other network infrastructure components.\nMonitor and analyze network performance to proactively identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks.\nEnsure seamless integration and operation of network systems by collaborating with other IT teams.\nConduct network capacity planning and recommend upgrades or enhancements to support future growth.\nImplement and maintain network security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control measures.\nTroubleshoot network-related issues, identifying root causes and deploying timely solutions.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.\nStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering and cybersecurity.\nProvide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other IT staff.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n2+ years of experience leading technical teams, providing guidance and strategic direction.\nStrong expertise in LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies and protocols.\n2+ years of experience supporting public cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n5+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.\nExpert knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network management platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).\nDeep understanding of OSI model networking (L1-L7), including the ability to support application access concerns for development teams.\nExperience managing enterprise IPv4 addressing schemes.\nStrong troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of protocol analyzers, change management, and network monitoring tools.\nExceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience.\nAbility to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining focus and efficiency.\nCapacity to thrive under pressure, responding to high-stakes situations effectively and professionally.\nProven experience in designing scalable network services while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.\nCisco CCNA certification required; CCNP/CCDP preferred.\nHands-on experience with Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Fortinet network devices.\nExperience implementing Network Access Control (802.1x) using Aruba ClearPass Policy Server and/or Cisco Identity Services Engine.\nStrong knowledge of security engineering, authentication protocols, cryptography, and application security.\nExceptional technical documentation skills, including the ability to create clear network diagrams and process documentation.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
