We’re looking for a well-rounded fabricator who enjoys variety, can move between machines, and is willing to step in wherever help is needed on the shop floor. Job Summary The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication processes, blueprint reading, the ability to interpret technical schematics and work with various materials. This role requires mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. The Fabricator will contribute to the production of high-quality components and assemblies in a fast-paced environment. Duties Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate components accurately Operate a laser, waterjet and press brake, complete PEM insertion, riveting, spot welding, and other tasks required to complete a part Assist with deburring, fit up, and part finishing Welding Experience is a plus, but not required Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments Perform in-process quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols Step into different roles as workload shifts — this position is not limited to one machine or task Experience Proven experience in fabrication Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience operating press brake machines, lasers, waterjet, PEM insertion, riveting, and spot welding (proficiency in all areas is not required as we are willing to train) SolidWorks experience is a plus Ability to work with sheet metal materials Ability and willingness to learn new machines and processes Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, adaptable, and hands-on ability to lift at least 40lb Pay: From $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
