Participants gain hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility by working on real-world technology initiatives and collaborating across business, operations, and IT teams. The program offers immersive learning in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and other emerging technologies, while also providing foundational exposure to core business functions. TAP equips analysts with technical skills, industry knowledge, and strategic mindset needed to drive innovation, align technology solutions with business objectives, and develop into future technology leaders at Trimont.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nGain hands-on experience with AI and automation, including developing intelligent agents, workflow automations, and reusable code to enhance Trimont’s business processes.\nCollaborate with technology, product, and business teams to design, test, validate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in internal tools and user interfaces.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improved efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience across Trimont’s platforms.\nSupport requirements gathering by mapping workflows, documenting pain points, and defining future-state processes enabled by AI.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven tools and features.\nAnalyze data and performance metrics to generate insights and drive continuous improvement of AI solutions.\nParticipate in pilot testing, validation, issue tracking, and implementation of AI initiatives, incorporating stakeholder feedback.\nCreate documentation and enablement materials to support adoption of new AI features.\nEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies, such as agent-based workflows and automation frameworks, aligned with business goals.\nStay current on AI trends and apply responsible, practical approaches to technology in a regulated, client-focused environment.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (IT, Data/Analytics, AI or related fields preferred).
