Ready Mix Concrete Plant Manager

Job Title: Plant Manager with Ready-Mix Concrete Batch Location: AlabamaJob Type: Full-TimeRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in ready-mix concrete, batching, quarry, asphalt, heavy industrial, or similar plant operations.Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.Working knowledge of concrete batching, aggregate handling, and plant equipment.Strong understanding of safety, production control, and operational discipline.Ability to manage people, schedules, and fast-paced production demands.Preferred QualificationsExperience in ready-mix concrete or central-mix / wet-batch plant operations.Knowledge of mix designs, quality control procedures, and basic maintenance coordination.Experience working with dispatch and fleet operations.
