The Prosperity plant joins a corporate family that has manufacturing operations in Germany and Poland. MM Technics is looking to hire a qualified Utility Assembler for our 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.\nPosition Snapshot: Under supervision, this entry level position will weld/clinch finished parts. Continuously interacts with production, planning, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping.\nResponsibilities:\nSpot weld/clinch stamped parts according to specs.\nBe available for flexible hours and over-time as needed.\n· Perform all duties according to safety guidelines.\n· Other duties as assigned by plant management\nRequirements:\n· Minimum two (2) years manufacturing/production experience, preferred\n· High School Diploma or equivalent\n· The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment\n· Proven ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision\n· The ability to be proactive and look for opportunities to make a difference\n· The ability to adapt to new/difficult situations\n· Ability to spot weld finished parts to customer specification\n· Ability to operate a pallet jack\n· The ability to focus attention on detailed requirements and tasks\n· Ability to comply with all facility safety rules\nWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position will require continuous standing, walking, sitting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, working overhead and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
