This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities.\nKey Responsibilities Lead the development and optimization of advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes, including material selection, process parameter optimization, metrology strategies, equipment qualification, and system integration.\nDesign and conduct experiments, feasibility studies, simulations, and characterization activities to evaluate process technologies, equipment capabilities, and material interactions.\nDrive technology development and process integration solutions that support both current high-volume manufacturing and future technology roadmap requirements.\nDefine, develop, and validate integrated Module Target Specifications (MTS) to meet product performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.\nDevelop and maintain integrated Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs), Control Plans, and change management processes to ensure manufacturing stability and quality excellence.\nPerform pathfinding activities for new process technologies, equipment, and hardware solutions that enable innovative device architectures and future product generations.\nInvestigate manufacturing excursions, yield detractors, and process quality issues using data-driven and model-based problem-solving methodologies.\nLead cross-functional teams in identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and driving sustainable process improvements that enhance line yield, electrical yield, and overall product performance.\nChampion the use of defect metrology, process control systems, and statistical analysis tools to continuously improve process capability and manufacturing output.\nRecommend, develop, and implement modifications to manufacturing equipment and operating procedures to improve efficiency, throughput, cost, and process performance.\nSupport new product introductions by coordinating process readiness, documentation, tooling, equipment qualification, and manufacturing execution requirements.\nServe as the primary interface between fabrication operations and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and execution across multiple organizations and geographic locations.\nTrack product progress through technology development, process setup, engineering builds, qualification, and production ramp to ensure milestone achievement and schedule adherence.\nCoordinate closely with process modules, materials development teams, silicon integration organizations, fabrication facilities, package assembly teams, suppliers, and external partners to address technical challenges, logistics, and supply chain requirements.\nManage ATV build planning, forecasting, and execution to support development and manufacturing objectives.\nPartner with equipment and materials suppliers to develop, qualify, and implement enabling technologies that support current and future process requirements.\nStay current with industry trends, emerging process technologies, advanced materials, and manufacturing innovations, while helping shape Intel's future technology roadmap through collaboration with the broader supplier and technology ecosystem.\nDrive the implementation of new manufacturing systems, methodologies, and best practices that support scalable, cost-effective, and high-volume production.\nBehavioral Traits Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
