Outside Sales Representative – Construction Services | Gretna, NE Job Description:RPC Company is conducting a confidential search for an Outside Sales Representative on behalf of a national leader in construction services. Our client is a Fortune-class provider of scaffolding, access, industrial coatings, insulation, forming, shoring, and specialty industrial services with a major footprint across North America.We're looking for a seasoned Omaha-area B2B outside sales pro who already knows the contractors, GCs, plant managers, and project managers in this market — and wants to plug that network into a much larger construction services platform.You're a strong fit if you've sold any of the following into commercial, industrial, or construction end-users:Equipment rental (aerial, tool, power, dewatering, pump, climate)Industrial or construction supply (fasteners, safety, PPE, abrasives, tools)Specialty building products (insulation, coatings, waterproofing, architectural systems)Concrete accessories, forming, shoring, or rigging productsMRO, industrial distribution, or jobsite consumablesWhat you'll do:Own and grow a defined Omaha / Eastern Nebraska / Western Iowa territoryProspect and develop new accounts across industrial, commercial construction, power, refining, and water/wastewater end-marketsManage existing key accounts and expand wallet sharePartner with operations and estimating to scope and bid projectsRun the full sales cycle: prospect → scope walk → bid → close → account managementUse Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecastWhat our client is looking for:5+ years of outside B2B sales into the construction or industrial spaceExisting relationships with Omaha-area contractors, subs, or industrial end-usersComfort estimating, walking jobsites, and reading project scopesSalesforce or comparable CRM experienceOSHA 10/30 or any jobsite safety credentials are a plus, not a requirementThe package:Competitive base + uncapped commission with a % on rentals, sales, and labor that is paid monthly.vehicle allowanceFull benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match)Backing of a global industrial services platform with deep cross-sell potentialApply or message me directly.Justin Jones | Recruiter, RPC Company
