{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"287d711f14df9a1e8d5301f8","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/287d711f14df9a1e8d5301f8","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/287d711f14df9a1e8d5301f8","title":"Process Engineer","description":"Responsibilities\n\nLead process technology transfers from Process Engineering department to Manufacturing department;\n\nDevelop robust production processes using Design of Experiments (DOEs);\n\nEstablish validation and verification criteria for new processes & products;\n\nCreate and revise documentation detailing production processes;\n\nTake the lead to provide engineering support to facilitate production processes and troubleshoot problems in assembly areas;\n\nStay abreast of best practices and technologies and provide input on new processes to enhance or expand capabilities;\n\nInterface with Design Engineering team regarding process capabilities, materials, and review new products to ensure they meet Design for Manufacturing (DFM) criteria;\n\nIdentify, facilitate, and prioritize opportunities for process improvements;\n\nOther Duties & Responsibilities\n\nPerform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.\n\nMaintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.\n\nFollow clean room and other environmental precautions and procedures as required.\n\nParticipate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate cross functional activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.\n\nMaintain a safe work area and comply with safety policies and procedures and equipment operating rules; keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.\n\nComply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures.\n\nParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.\n\nContribute to building a positive team spirit.\n\nCommunicate effectively with all levels of employees.\n\nProtect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd parties.\n\nMaintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nBSME or equivalent 4 year technical degree or 4-6 years of combined education and experience.\n\n3 years of related manufacturing experience.\n\nCAD, Solid works software courses, and/or experience.\n\nPADS, CAM350 software knowledge is a plus.\n\nJob Skills\n\nFast technical document generation/modification CAD, Excel, (PCB software is a plus).\n\nDesign tool/fixtures with minimal guidance.\n\nKnowledge of Mil-PRF-38535 / Mil-PRF-38534 in military standards a plus.\n\nKnowledge of Mil-STD-883 / Mil-STD-750 in test methods with related equipment (wire bond, die attach, & furnace) a plus.\n\nKnowledge or experience with Automatic assembly equipment for Wire bond, Die attach a plus.\n\nKnowledge in semiconductor manufacturing a plus.\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to align priorities in accordance with business goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nTeam player who enjoys working with different disciplines.\n\nSMT Process development in both leaded and lead free assemblies.\n\nTools & Equipment\n\nComputer and peripherals.\n\nStandard office equipment.\n\nManuals and automatic semiconductor assembly equipment.\n\nMeasuring devices, and required clean room clothing.\n\nCompany Information & Benefits\nAt Micross, our Core Values of integrity, communication, teamwork, quality and execution, self-discipline and accountability are cultivated throughout all levels of the organization.
