Responsibilities: The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications Cleaning according to company standards Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly Take pride in your work Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here) Qualifications: FOR THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION: MUST BE ABLE TO WEAR A 10LB BACKPACK VACUUM FOR 2 HOURS AND MOP FOR TWO HOURS ON THE SAME DAY Strong attention to detail Good physical stamina & strength Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills Highly proficient in Reliability Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle MUST be open to working Friday & Saturday MUST be located near Topeka, KS Benefits/Job Perks: PAID BREAK TIME Onsite job training Opportunity for increased hours (20+) Performance-based wage increases Guaranteed growth into management/supervisor/admin roles (for the right people!) Responsibilities: - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Clean classrooms, bathrooms, remove trash, ect. - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role preferred (training offered) - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment (training offered) - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes As the owners of ECS, we strive to create a comfortable and friendly environment for our employees.
