Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager for our Denver branch on a 6-12 month month contract. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering large and complex IT projects for multiple clients!A Day in Life:Provide direction on program delivery to support our and our clients’ organizational visionFacilitate knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement within the PMOAct as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as requiredParticipate in and advocate for cross-branch and cross-practice alignment on project delivery excellenceProvide insights on technology delivery as requiredChampion and advocate for the Long View portfolio of offeringsServe as the project manager and/or scrum master for high profile customersOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring to Long View:8+ years of experience in a program and/or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise projectsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and project teamsKnowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risksAbility to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leadersStrong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead complex IT projectsAbility to produce effective documentation including schedule, budget, scope, and executive level status reportsSuperior interpersonal skillsExperience in consultingScrum Master or equivalent certificationPMP certificationPROSCI Organizational Change Management designationWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:Organizational Change Management experience Experience working in a variety of industries People leadership experience leading a team Why Work at Long View:Great people and culture Career growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesInteresting work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologiesFlexible environment – A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness and wellness$70 - $90 an hourThe expected pay range 70-90/hr .BenefitsLong View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer Medical/Pharmacy benefits and supplemental Accidental and Critical Illness Insurance to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
