Works under the supervision of the department managers and/or team leaders. Work as a team with Delivery Drivers and Sales Representatives to provide the best possible customer service to all clients.\n\nEssential Functions (must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation):\n\nExecute company merchandising standards in all assigned accounts while maintaining a sense of urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nEnsure all authorized items are properly distributed, merchandised, and displayed in assigned accounts.\nBuild, maintain, and enhance displays to maximize product visibility, availability, and sales opportunities.\nMonitor inventory levels, identify out-of-stock and low inventory situations, and communicate opportunities and concerns to Sales Representatives in a timely manner.\nVerify shelf pricing, tags, and point-of-sale materials are accurate and properly displayed.\nInstall, maintain, and remove permanent and temporary point-of-sale materials in support of company and supplier promotional initiatives.\nUtilize company technology and reporting tools to accurately document daily activities, account conditions, execution results, photos, and surveys.\nIdentify and communicate competitive activity, display opportunities, pricing concerns, and space changes within assigned accounts.\nMaintain product freshness through proper product rotation, code date management, and first-in/first-out inventory practices.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in customer accounts, stockrooms, coolers, and display areas.\nOperate safely at all times and comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and customer requirements.\nDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.\nEffectively manage daily route assignments to ensure all scheduled accounts are serviced on time and according to company standards.\n\nPerformance Expectations:\nTake ownership of assigned accounts and execute daily priorities with minimal supervision.\nConsistently achieve company standards for merchandising execution, display compliance,\nproduct rotation, and in-stock conditions.\nCommunicate effectively and professionally with Sales Representatives, Team Leaders,\nSupervisors, and customers.\nDemonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and completion of assigned\nwork.\nMaintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.\nSupport company initiatives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.\nContinuously seek opportunities to improve account conditions, increase product visibility, and\nenhance customer satisfaction.\nQualifications:\nEducation and/or Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.\nLanguage Skills: Ability to read labels and comprehend various coding systems.\nComputer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software; Internet software; order processing systems.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation to use to get to multiple work locations as directed throughout the workday; and the vehicle must have the capacity to transport POS as needed.\nOther Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills and people skills in order to be able to respond to any situation.\nPhysical Requirements:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to\nstand; walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or\nhear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
