This position will be responsible for the sourcing and procurement of goods/services at the best quality and lowest price in an acceptable time frame.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPrepares purchase orders, solicit bid proposals and review requisitions in a timely manner.\nTracks vendor delivery performance/expedited freight occurrences\nConfers with vendors to obtain product or service information\nReceives proper confirmation of purchase price and delivery date on all purchase orders sent to vendors.
