(MSI) is seeking an Assistant Controller to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting, supporting the Controller, with a strong preference for candidates who have manufacturing or cost accounting experience.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAssist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations\r\nMaintain general ledger accuracy and support financial reporting\r\nAnalyze inventory, job costing, and variances\r\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation\r\nHelp maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes\r\nPartner with operations to ensure financial accuracy across departments\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance\r\n3–7 years of accounting experience\r\nManufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred\r\nStrong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills\r\nExperience with ERP/accounting systems\r\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment\r\nBenefits and Perks\r\n401(k) matching\r\nHealth insurance\r\nHealth savings account\r\nEmployee assistance program\r\nLife insurance\r\nPaid time off\r\nVision insurance\r\nWellness program\r\nThis is an on-site, Mon-Fri, position.
