The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy services to improve mobility and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include conducting rehabilitation sessions, providing patient education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care and progress for each patient.QualificationsProficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and Rehabilitation practicesStrong skills in Patient Care and experience with Home Care strategiesKnowledge of general medical practices and understanding of MedicineExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building patient relationshipsLicensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wyoming or ability to getAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plusDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
