Project Manager – Product ExecutionHouston, TXOnsite | Travel: ~20%What You’ll Do:Relate Search has partnered with a global provider of highly engineered industrial equipment in their search for a Project Manager – Product Execution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless delivery and installation from post-sale through commissioning, supporting a high-quality customer experience across core product lines. You will serve as the primary point of contact during execution, working closely with internal teams and international partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that brings structure, consistency, and continuous improvement to project delivery as the organization continues to grow.Responsibilities:Own project execution from sales handoff through installation, commissioning, and service transitionServe as the primary customer contact during execution and installation, ensuring clear and proactive communicationValidate site readiness, coordinate installation activities, and oversee commissioning and site acceptance testingPartner with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment and successful deliveryDevelop and implement standardized processes, documentation, and execution playbooks to improve consistencyQualifications:Experience in project execution, installation, or field-based operationsBackground in manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, electrical, HVAC, or industrial equipmentStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systemsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges in dynamic environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to build trust across customers and internal teamsAbout Relate SearchRelate Search is a Woman, Minority, and LGBTQIA+ owned executive and professional search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with meaningful opportunity.
