Program Manager (Utility Data Collection)

This is a permanent, full-time role working directly for Insight Global, where you'll be leading a portfolio of professional services projects that we run for an external client. This position ensures effective project design and execution while fostering strategic relationships . Manages employees focused on strategic, business and action plans to achieve specified goals and objectives.What You'll Do:Lead and oversee desktop and field data collection initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.Manage program and portfolio level utility asset and project data collection efforts from planning through closeout.Direct and support cross-functional teams, including data collectors, mappers, engineers, etc.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across programs and portfolios.Ensure compliance with safety standards, data governance and scope definitionReview and interpret data quality (QA/QC), with clear process definition and accountability.Coordinate stakeholder engagement, including regulatory agencies and interagency partners.Drive end-to-end project execution processes.Maintain alignment across multiple active projects to ensure delivery timelines and financial targets are metGoal is 50% Program Management / 50% People ManagementDirect reports may include Project Managers & Project controls analysts, Project Schedulers, etc.What You'll Need to Succeed:6–8+ years of experience in Utility data collection for Electric, Gas and/or Power Generation assets.Industry familiarity with current regulatory requirements for data.Demonstrated experience managing program or portfolio-level financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking.Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of:GIS, RTK GPS and High Accuracy Spatial Data ConceptsEngineering DesignField SafetyProject CloseoutStakeholder coordination / Executive ReportingPreferred QualificationsPMI certification (PMP or PgMP).Direct management experience of data collectors or engineers.BA Platforms (Fabric, Power Bi, etc.)Advanced experience with program and portfolio-level financial management.Background in regulatory rulings, asset health and performance, predictive analytics, Remote Sensing
