May perform and work with other products. Additional Production Incentive may be offered for experienced technicians\nResponsibilities:\n· Provides reliable, high quality customer support.\n· Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools) with the warehouse team.\n· Performs insulation installations, upgrades, and additions to the quality standards of the organization for new and existing homes/buildings\n· Manages and leads a crew and job from start to finish, previous leadership required\n-Previous SPF experience required, minimum 3 years\n· Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.\n· Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.\n· Must have a strong work ethic.\n· Must be detail oriented.\n· Must complete other projects, as assigned\n· Preform scheduled or routine preventive maintenance on a equipment.
