Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)\r\nFabricate high quality standard o-rings utilizing automated equipment to required specifications, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.\r\nFollow all work instructions associated with the responsibilities of the position.\r\nResponsible for entering time and scrap in E1/DSI\r\nProficiently butt weld and recognize quality of weld.\r\nAble to efficiently run work cells #1, #2, and #3.\r\nMaintain a clean work environment using 6s standards and principles\r\nPerforms monthly PM's on equipment.\r\nMaintain and promote Fenner Precision Polymers Values and Behaviors at all times.\r\nDemonstrates and is able to maintain effectiveness in all Principal Accountabilities outlined in the Operator I - Fabrication job description.\r\nFabricate high quality endless special profile belts manually to required specifications, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.\r\nAble to efficiently run work cells #4 and #5.\r\nMaintain a clean work environment.\r\nMaintain and promote Fenner Precision Polymers Values and Behaviors at all times\r\nDemonstrates and is able to maintain effectiveness in all Principal Accountabilities outlined in the Operator II - Fabrication job description.\r\nAble to set up and run cogging and STS secondary operations.\r\nMaintain a clean work environment.\r\nMaintain and promote Fenner Precision Polymers Values and Behaviors at all times.\r\nEnvironmental, Health & Safety Accountabilities:(The level of safety accountability needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job.\r\nLearn and follow EHS policies, rules and work instructions\r\nAttend required EHS training\r\nWear the required PPE at all times\r\nTake personal responsibility for keeping yourself and your co-workers and visitors free from injury by participating in and/or conducting risk assessments, work place inspections, corrective actions and safety observations\r\nReport incidents, near miss, unsafe conditions, unsafe acts and other hazards in the work place.
