Account Manager (Midwest – Milwaukee/Chicago Area)Logistics: Remote with frequent onsite meetings with client in Milwaukee, WICandidates MUST be located in Wisconsin or Chicago, ILAbout the RoleOur client is seeking an Account Manager to grow their client relationship with a key account in Milwaukee, WI. This is a high-ownership role responsible for the full client lifecycle—from relationship management to revenue growth and delivery alignment. You will expand a key existing account with a Fortune 500 client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, operates independently, and takes full ownership of outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise clientsBuild relationships with business and technology stakeholders (Director to CXO level)Lead executive engagements including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and strategic reviewsAdvocate for client needs while maintaining commercial alignmentAccount Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute account plans (relationship mapping, pipeline, growth strategy)Anticipate client priorities, budgets, and upcoming initiativesPartner with internal teams to position solutions aligned to client needsIdentify and drive expansion and new business opportunitiesDelivery & Client SuccessCollaborate with global delivery teams to ensure successful executionProactively manage risks, escalations, and client expectationsEnsure alignment between client goals, delivery outcomes, and commercial commitmentsQualifications5+ years of experience in client-facing roles within IT services, consulting, or technologyProven track record of managing and growing client accountsExperience owning revenue or growth targetsStrong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholdersComfortable operating independently and navigating ambiguityAbility to translate client needs into actionable solutionsExperience working with global/offshore teamsBased in Milwaukee, WI or the Greater Chicago areaWhat You’ll GetEnd-to-end ownership of client relationships and growthHigh visibility and exposure to leadershipOpportunity to build and expand accounts in a growing marketCollaborative, entrepreneurial environmentCompetitive compensation with performance-based upsideComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, life & disability insurance)
