Apply here today to speak with a Recruiter about the position and perks of joining our Ryder Ever Better Team.\nPay Type: Hourly paid Weekly\nHourly Pay: $21.00 per hour based on experience\nSchedule: 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 11:00 am- 9:00 pm\nSummary\nThe Inventory Coordinator III ensures and maintains inventory accuracy, both physically and systematically.\nEssential Functions\nPrepare and perform control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, resolved and reconciled\nInitiate and control physical inventory locations including planning, scheduling and controlling move process\nPrepare, schedule, conduct and oversee regular inventory count activities and random audits\nResponsible for ensuring that all inventory related transactions are posted and reported according to process guidelines and time allotted\nLiaise with warehouse personnel, support groups, customers and clients to communicate effectively all inventory issues, requirements and deadlines. Provide routine management information on inventory performance\nEnsure materials are ready and available for production when required\nCreate daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled, any discrepancies addressed and resolved\nEnsure that any late or holding up production materials are chased and followed up until received\nEnsure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of all inventory KPIs and required reports for the warehouse\nResponsible for training, development and coaching of the Operations Team on inventory related process\nParticipate and lead any special inventory projects as assigned\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSkills and Abilities\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProficient in French written and verbal communication skills\nFor Quebec locations only\nDevelop, organize and complete tasks and projects using software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nAble to use Automated Warehouse Management System (WMS), AS400, SAP and PKMS\nCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills\nGood planning and organizational skills\nDetail oriented with excellent follow-up practices\nAbility to work independently and as a member of a team\nAble to work within a diverse environment\nPerforms work independently with minimal supervision\nHave initiative and able to work under pressure\nAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)\nFlexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment\nAble to work a flexible schedule on the various work shifts\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree required Any related field\nThree (3) years or more in all aspects of warehousing, freight logistics and inventory control required\nOne (1) year or more in a fast-paced warehouse environment performing warehouse duties and production cycle count transactions required\nOne (1) year or more with an RF Scanner required\nOther Valid forklift Operator's certification\nTravel\nNone\nDOT Regulated: No\nWhen Fortune 500 businesses and new startups need supply chain solutions, they look to our industry-leading logistics experts.
