MEP Project Manager
Mid-Atlantic Mechanical, located in Millstone Twp., NJ, is currently seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for projects up to $30M. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, and/or Construction Management are preferred. Mid-Atlantic Mechanical offers a supportive and encouraging environment for employees to succeed and grow as professionals in the Mechanical Contracting Industry.Duties Include:Coordinate and actively manage all project-related activities, including:Material, equipment, and subcontractor schedulingReading and thoroughly comprehending blueprints for all tradesProactively identifying issues that could lead to problems and facilitating their solutionsAttending in-office and/or off-site meetingsStudying complete sets of contract documents, including drawings, specifications, schedules, building rules, and regulationsCreating and maintaining schedules, receiving, distributing, delegating, and completing all punch listsDocumenting and managing the project closeout process to assure timely completionQualifications & Experience:5 years of experience in construction management in the Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing industryMust possess strong analytical and conflict management skills and the ability to troubleshoot issuesDevelop a working knowledge of labor allocation, planning, management, critical path scheduling, safety, permits, and change ordersWorking knowledge of HVAC, Piping, Sheet Metal, Welding, Rigging, Managing SubcontractorsSkilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with multiple projects and prioritiesProven success in project management, with the ability to demonstrate past individual and team achievementsIf you believe you possess the skills, drive, and dedication to complement our team, we encourage you to submit your resume to us.
