Public Relations/QA- Sikeston
Pay: From $16.00 per hour / with additional mileage pay
Primary Functions
1. To ensure that clients are receiving the plan of care assigned by the Department of Health and Senior services. To serve as company liason with clients, aides, and DHSS.
MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Quality/Assurance/Field Monitoring
Will perform a minimum of 15 IN-Home visits of existing clients per week. Monitoring forms will be filled out for each visit and are to be turned in at the end of each week.
Field monitoring will consist of:
a. Clients
b. Department of Health and Senior Services
c. Making sure that clients are happy
d. Public Relations with:
a. Clients
b. Department of Health and Senior Services
c. Local Case Managers
d. Aides
e. Nutrition Centers
f. Local elderly groups
g. Local Churches
3. Canvas local housing for possible clients
4. Follow up visits on clients who have changed providers,(This is to be done within a 3-day period). This report will be discussed at monthly meetings
5. Field monitor will be a trouble shooter for schedulers if there is a problem with a client . He/She will address the situation As Soon As Possible. (ASAP)
6. All other responsiblities may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have good people skills and be able to communicate effectively.
