We’re looking for clinicians who share these values and want to make a real difference in the lives of older adults.Requirements:What You’ll DoProvide evaluation and treatment for adult/geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disordersCollaborate with PT, OT, nursing, dietary and medical staff to deliver coordinated, holistic careDevelop individualized treatment plans that honor each resident’s goals and abilitiesMaintain accurate documentation with adequate time built into your scheduleParticipate in care planning meetings and family education as neededWhat We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent VA SLP license, CCCPassion for working with older adultsExperience with IDDSI diets and dysphagia is preferred, though we can trainStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetCommitment to compassionate, evidence-based careReady to Join a Team That Truly Supports You?We’d love to meet you.
