Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!\r\nContract Program Manager\r\nClearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph\r\nSummary\r\nWe are looking for a Contract Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team responsible for building and delivering a web-based internal tool that will be used by non-technical end users. This ideal candidate is a leader who can bridge the gap between technical teams, Sponsor stakeholders, and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for program execution throughout the creation of the tool as well leading the team post deployment for maintenance, updates, and enhancements to ensure continued compliance and usability.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nOversee all aspects of program execution, ensuring objectives and performance standards are met in alignment with sponsor requirements.\r\nDevelop and manage Agile program management frameworks to ensure iterative delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement across technical teams.\r\nAct as the main liaison between the Sponsor, internal leadership, and subcontractor organizations to ensure alignment of program goals and deliverables.\r\nEnsure all program activities comply with Sponsor security requirements, ISSA/ITS clearance standards, and IC protocols.\r\nMaintain adherence to PMP and Agile best practices, organizational policies, and federal acquisition regulations.\r\nTranslate Sponsor mission needs into actionable program objectives and technical tasks.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph\r\nBachelors degree in technical field such as Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity\r\n10+ years of Program Management experience with Agile program management methodologies\r\nProgram Management Professional (PMP) certification\r\n10+ years experience in management of classified IC programs\r\nSubcontract management experience\r\nExperience planning and managing work on completion-based contracts\r\nDesired Qualifications\r\n15+ years of IC experience\r\nCore One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
