The candidate will have the opportunity to help enhance one of the first enterprise systems to be implemented in a DoD cloud environment. Candidate should have hands-on experience with Portal for ArcGIS administration. Support will include monitoring and maintenance of the portals. Tasks will also include quality compliance of GIS data submissions and data workflow improvement activities via the development of scripts, models, etc. to expedite the processes.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSupport the technical lead for enterprise GIS monitoring and services.\nMonitor system performance to ensure performance standards are met.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to GIS web service performance.\nTest the capabilities of existing and new instances of enterprise GIS systems.\nPerform installs and/or upgrades to the enterprise systems.\nAdminister AWS WorkSpaces.\nMaintain the uptime and effectiveness of the ArcGIS Enterprise environments.\nPerform Active Directory administration and user account management.\nSupport PostgreSQL geodatabase maintenance and connection management.\nAdminister the GIS Request Management ticketing system (intake, triage, tracking, resolution).\nMaintain enhanced system and administrative documentation responsibilities.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree\nA minimum of 2 years’ experience with ArcGIS\n1+ years of experience installing and configuring ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS on Linux\n1 + years of experience Portal for ArcGIS Administration\n1+ years of experience with ArcGIS Monitor\nArcGIS Web Service and Web App Builder development\nPython scripting\nRDBMS geodatabases\nDesired Skills:\nArcGIS API for JavaScript or Python\nHTML\nArcGIS Model Builder\nSDSFIE standards\nDoD IGI&S program experience\nDatabase administration/management (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)\nEsri Server configuration\nSalary & Benefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nMedical insurance\nPaid time off\nLife Insurance\nRetirement plan\nVision insurance\nCompany Paid Holidays\nProfessional Development Assistance\nTuition Assistance\nReferral Programs\nEmployee Discounts\nCompensation: The compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s\nskills and experience.
