As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who enjoys leading projects, building strong client relationships, mentoring project teams, and making a direct impact on the success of a growing organization.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nManage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from estimating and planning through final closeout.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.\nLead project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and ongoing client communications throughout each phase of the project.\nMonitor project profitability, cash flow, billings, cost performance, and financial forecasts.\nPartner closely with Superintendents, field leadership, engineering, purchasing, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.\nNegotiate contracts, change orders, and scope modifications while protecting project profitability.\nConduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and overall project performance.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, building codes, company standards, OSHA regulations, and quality expectations.\nOversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and closeout documentation.\nIdentify project risks early and develop solutions before they impact schedule, budget, or client satisfaction.\nBuild strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and trade partners while delivering an exceptional customer experience.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n5+ years of Project Management experience within the commercial or industrial electrical construction industry.\nExperience managing projects from estimating and preconstruction through project closeout.\nStrong understanding of electrical construction methods, drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.\nProven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects while balancing competing priorities.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel between local project sites.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).\nStrong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control.\nExperience with Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Hospitality, Multi-Family, or Specialty Construction projects.\n\nWhy Join Norlee Group?\n\nNorlee Group offers the opportunity to lead challenging, high-profile projects while building a long-term career with a company that's growing throughout the Southeast.
