That’s why we hire people who share our principles and blend with our professional family.\n\nJob Summary\nA Post Frame Construction Carpenter will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks on the construction site including site preparation, use of hand and power tools, and cleanup of the job site.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nPreparing construction sites, materials, and tools.\nLoading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.\nAssisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.\nReading and interpreting blueprints.\nOperates a wide variety of hand and power tools.\nMaintains regular and predictable attendance.\nReceives and carries out instructions.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nAbility to understand directions and read blueprints.\nAbility to work at heights exceeding 20 feet.\nWorks well as part of a team.\nAbility to travel as needed.\nAbility to work alone once instructions have been given.\nAbility to work a 40-hour week with overtime.\nEducation/Experience:\nSuccessful completion of vocational school or technical college or apprenticeship program; OR the equivalent on-the-job training and experience preferred.\nOSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required.\nClass A CDL preferred but not required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds.\nMust be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and elements.\nMust have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.\nMust be able to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and any other safety related equipment.\nOur Benefits Package Includes:\nHealth and Dental Coverage\nPTO and Holiday Pay\n401k with Company Match\nCompany Clothing Allowance\nShort/Long Term Disability Insurance\nLife Insurance\nMonday to Friday Work Schedule\nOur Core Values:\n\nWe’ve Got Each Other’s Backs\nFirst and foremost, we are a team.
