Guided training for every employee.\n***MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO AN ONSITE DRUG SCREEN***\n----------------------------------------------------------\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPrepares and inspects the machine for safe operation\nMaintains a clean and safe work environment\nPerforms other related duties as required and assigned\nComplies with safety policies, practices and procedures according to OSHA\nReports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or safety team\nMaintain consistent and reliable attendance\nEssential functions and responsibilities will also include following supervisor’s directions and the additional requirements of the various jobs assigned.\n----------------------------------------------------------\nKnowledge Skills & Abilities:\n· Previous manufacturing experience is a plus!\n· Ability to perform Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed above\n· Reliable Attendance\n----------------------------------------------------------\nWork Environment & Physical Responsibilities:\nDuties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures. Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls.
