This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across assigned production areas.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily production operations with a strong focus on safety and housekeeping standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve throughputSupervise and support hourly production teams, providing technical guidance as neededPartner with maintenance and engineering to improve equipment reliability and uptimeEnsure equipment availability to meet on-time delivery and quality targetsCoordinate closely with internal and external teams to support plant operationsDevelop and promote cross-training opportunities within production processesSupport troubleshooting and modifications of electrical/mechanical systems as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required·      4+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ora technical fieldExperience in metals, steel, or heavy industrial manufacturing requiredExperience with PLCs, motor control centers, drives, and power distributionAbility to read mechanical and electrical blueprintsPreferred SkillsStrong leadership skills with experience managing hourly workforceSolid organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Additional DetailsPrimarily day shift, but must be flexible for off-shift/weekend coverage as neededOvertime and premium pay available for additional coverageFull benefits package offeredNo sponsorship availableIf you meet the qualifications, please send your resume ASAP to:Clara Foo – cfoo@pacifictechnicalresources.com
