Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.\n\nResponsibilities:\nInstallation, configuration, operation, maintenance and create / update system package artifacts for Tactical AV located in Hawaii.\nVoice over IP (VoIP) systems\nVideo conferencing systems\nUnified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions\nSession Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking\nVoice and video network architecture\nQuality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) management\nSecurity and compliance for unified communications systems\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree, or 10+ years’ of practical experience in voice and video management\nFive (5+) years’ experience in unified communications, with a focus on voice and video systems.\nStrong knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP.\nExperience with video conferencing systems, including Cisco TelePresence and Ploycom RealPresence.\nFamiliarity with unified communications platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Microsoft Skype for Business.\nStrong understanding of network architecture and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.\nExperience with QoS and QoE management tools, including Cisco QoS and NetIQ.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nCCNP Voice or CCIE Voice certification.\nCCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration certification.\nMicrosoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Skype for Business.\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching.\nPreferred: 7+ years’ experience in Video Audio engineering environment management.\nPreferred: DoD 8570 / 8140 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required.\nPreferred: Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the technical objectives, services required, and IT environment specified.\nPreferred: Cloud certified.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically\n\nThe pay scale for this position is between $130,000 - $160,000.\n\nPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
