Our client provides structured, trauma-informed care for individuals navigating substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and process addictions, including sex addiction, gambling addiction, and pornography addiction.This is not just a standard Behavioral Health Technician role. Our client is seeking someone ambitious, hands-on, and eager to grow with the organization. The right candidate will support client care while also helping build the operations side of the treatment program from the ground up.This position is designed for someone who wants more than a routine support role. It offers a fast-track growth opportunity for a candidate who demonstrates leadership, initiative, accountability, and a desire to help shape systems, workflows, and program structure over time.
