The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum 8 years of aerospace manufacturing or related field; Master's Degree with 6 years in a related fieldMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need1 year experience with Production Planning functions1 year of leading manufacturing or production operations activitiesAbility to travel 25% of the timeThese Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedulePreferred candidate will be a proven leader; problem solver; possess a strong work ethic; and have excellent communications and interpersonal skills required to work closely with teammates, stakeholders and both internal and external customers.Demonstrated leadership or management experience leading manufacturing or production operations activities, operating in a dynamic environment of increasing production schedules and high delivery ratesTechnical or functional environmental leadership experienceFamiliarity with Northrop Grumman project execution, processes and procedures.Aerospace / ICBM Industry ExperienceExperience working with ERP Systems such as: SAP & MESExperience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)Experience standing up tools / processes / production schedules / metricsPrimary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
