Open Access Clinical Team Leader

The Open Access Clinical Team Leader provides oversight, management, and clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff and provides direct leadership and supervision for all direct reports within open access. The Open Access Clinical Team Leader serves as a member of the leadership team and completes additional administrative activities such as hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and participating in the CQI process. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.Job Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsProvides supervision and leadership to clinical staff, to interns, and to all direct reports within open accessFacilitate individual supervision, group supervision, and team meetingsParticipates in the operation of the program within context of the budget including production expectations for all staffMaintains a client caseload with a production expectation based on ratio of supervisees, other job responsibilitiesParticipates in the recruitment and selection of staff and maintenance of staffing scheduleParticipates in planning and development of clinic services and establishment of policies and procedures within a managed care frameworkEnsure staff understand and follow procedures within open access modelApproves timecard and authorizes time off requests in payroll system Perform all essential functions of the Care Navigator role as neededAssist and support all functions of the Open Access model as appropriateFacilitate wellness and recovery of the whole person, including outreach and engagement, and after-care planningWorks with and collaborates with other agency systems to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the clinicCoordinates program services, meetings, and marketing as neededParticipates within the multi-disciplinary team as neededMember of the CQI committee; participates in CQI activities including program development, program evaluation and outcomes studiesProvides direct clinical services to individuals, families and groups using evidence-based therapy approaches while maintaining production and record keeping requirementsRepresents the agency’s interests in the community and builds and maintains professional relationships and connections with community resources and partnersResponsible for the onboarding and ongoing training and development of staffProvides training and oversees, monitors Relias utilization for their staffCompletes annual performance evaluations for all assigned staff and manages personnel issues Complete continued education to maintain clinical professional licensure and ensure that licensure remains active Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Travel RequiredMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets CFS Driver Policy.
