Reporting directly to the Manager, Warehouse Operations, this position requires someone that can prioritize multiple tasks and perform high volume picking and kitting actions in an efficient and accurate manner. Further, this role will require local driving to support material pick ups and drop offs with third party facilities. This candidate must be flexible and will need to also support inbound receiving, outbound packaging, and system related tasks on an as needed basis determined by changing demand.\n\nThe Role\nEnsure any parts shipping to or from a third-party location have all systematic transactions completed to ensure the inventory reflects the correct location and status of the material\nEnsure material being transported is properly packaged, secured, documented, and protected from damage during transit. Maintain chain of custody and confirm pickup/delivery completion with the appropriate stakeholders.\nPerform local pickups/drop offs between Divergent/Czinger and third-party locations and track mileage and time allocation between pick up/drop off using the department truck\nReceive inventory into ERP system while collecting relevant data, and scan or file any corresponding documentation\nMaintain accurate inventory counts and stock locations with MRP/ERP system\nPerform regular cycle counts and report cycle count findings to management for approval\nReport and track material stock levels\nPerform kitting function in support of production operations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring delicate and/or high surface finish parts are handled with care\nEnsure all incoming parts have been received accurately and distributed to stock and/or relevant stakeholders\nContribute to maintaining a clean work area and department\nPackage and stage finished goods for outbound shipments\nOperate a forklift, pallet jack or scissor lift to move material between the production line and inventory locations\nSupport the broader department metrics, goals, and objectives\nPerform all other duties as assigned by a supervisor and/or manager\nBasic Qualifications\nAbility to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls\nValid US Driver's License\nAbility to work independently with minimal direction but under guidance from supervisor\nExperience and understanding of inventory management and production kitting processes\nProficient using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)\nStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently\nAbility to work in a fast-paced /cross functional environment\nExcellent communication and team-building skills\nDemonstrated ability to maintain accuracy while working under changing priorities and tight production deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Experience working in automotive, aerospace, or scale-up manufacturing environments\n Operational expertise with WMS offerings (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc.), and familiarity with MES environments (and fundamental understanding of integration requirements)\n Experience with JIRA/Confluence\n Knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)\nWork Environment\nFlexible to shift schedules depending on department/company requirements\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs\nLoad and unload delivery trucks utilizing heavy machinery and equipment (pallet jack/forklift)\nMust be able to work in areas that are loud for 8 hours\nAbility to stand, bend for prolonged periods at a time\nMust be onsite 5 days a week, with possible weekend support to ensure production schedule is met\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nHolistic Compensation Package: Enjoy a world-class compensation package that includes a competitive salary, equity plan, and discretionary results-based incentive bonus opportunities, ensuring you're truly valued for your contributions.\nWellness and Time Off: Embrace a healthy lifestyle with paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays, including a year-end shutdown to recharge.
