Call Center Representative

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services has openings for entry level and experienced Call Center Representatives COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for Call Center Representative or Customer Service Representative who would be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers while being able to discuss a multitude of in-home cleaning services including carpet/upholstery, draperies/window treatments, air ducts, tile and grout over the phone with integrity and excellence utilizing our existing customer base. Call Center Representatives are primarily responsible for: Conducting outbound campaign calling & relationship management activities to previous clients. Creating customer interest, answer questions and determines customers cleaning needs through basic probing questions and offers appropriate services and products. Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives. Maintain a large daily call volume of outbound calls Meet sales quotas/objectives and posts daily sales results. The job is to generate 5 to 10 quality appointments per day. Job Requirements Minimum Job Requirements: Excellent telephone & oral communication skills: All qualified candidates must be mature-minded individuals with a talent for communicating professionally on the telephone. Must have an outgoing personality. Ideal candidates must demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and achieve appointment-setting goals. Strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change. High energy, self-motivated, competitive individuals who can create interest in our products and services.
