Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client / suppliers meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. This will be a part-time position for now.  ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethicProvide office guests with a hospitable experienceAssist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.Order office supplies and provide inventory control systemAssist and support management team with any designated tasksQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), canvasExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, prioritize work and pro-active throught the day.Reporting directly to GM
