Position Summary The Wing Resource Advisor supports Wing financial operations by managing budgets, tracking spending, and helping leadership make informed financial decisions. *This position is contingent upon contract award. * Essential Functions Serve as a resource advisor and budget analyst for Wing financial operations. Support budget formulation, execution, and financial planning. Track obligations, expenditures, and funding requirements. Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and leadership briefings. Support audits, reviews, and financial compliance activities. Coordinate financial actions with units, finance offices, and Wing leadership. Maintain accurate financial documentation, records, and funding documentation. Assist with budget submissions and financial forecasting. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Active Secret Clearance. 4 years of experience in budgeting, finance, or resource management. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Ability to communicate financial information clearly.
