Repossession Agent / Tow Truck Driver

Location: Tacoma, WA Job Type: Full-time Salary: Commission Based Pay We are seeking a motivated and dependable Repossession Agent / Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a repossession agent, you will be responsible for locating, towing, and recovering vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer interactions professionally. Key Responsibilities: Locate and repossess vehicles in compliance with the law and company guidelines. Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations. Maintain accurate records of repossession activities, including vehicle condition, time of repossession, and location. Communicate effectively with clients and customers regarding the repossession process. Work with law enforcement when necessary to complete repossession assignments. Inspect tow truck for necessary maintenance and report needed maintenance to supervisor Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating tow trucks. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in repossession services is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong skills with technology Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to repossession is a plus. Must pass a background check and drug test. Ability to work day shift 9am-5pm Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to drive and operate a tow truck for extended periods. Must be able to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner. Benefits: Competitive pay.
