You are more than just your resume; you are a reflection of your achievements, the knowledge you've gained, and the personal interests that shape who you are.Position OverviewThe Lead Implementation Project Manager is responsible for both partnering with the Director of Implementation and working independently/primarily autonomously to ensure smooth implementation of services for new accounts and the installation of expanded services for existing customers.Work with internal and external teams to lead activities, manage timelines and expectations on all assigned projects.What You'll DoDrives the initiation, planning, execution, and closeout of multiple complex projects simultaneously.Partner with and lead internal and external business and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of new ZELIS accounts, new products and existing accounts needing reimplementationDirect implementation activities, including but not limited to the management of schedules, resource allocation needs and deliverablesCommunicate both internally and externally around the activity and the fulfillment of all requirements per the contract with partners and clientsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope of work in all stages of implementation; noting customizations, routing rules, technical requirements and other business needs identified during the implementation processProvide project management SME expertise to other PM’s and cross-functional stakeholdersSupply project planning, documentation, and cross-functional relationship solutioning to other project managersManeuver successfully through ambiguous situations, with no support from leadership and lead the team to an objective deliverableAssist with the analysis of new accounts and expansionsProvide status reports via defined Zelis application as well as customized reporting as requested and identify and create customized reports per clients’ requestsInvestigate and develop improvements (proactively) for existing processes or develops new process; identifies new areas of opportunity consistent with strategy, proactively and facilitates the development of solutionsResponsible for assembling decks and possesses outstanding presentation and communication skillsPartner with Operations to stand up new client sets and/or make changes to existing clientsPartner with Sales and Account Management with implementation activities from kick off to post-production hand offEstablish and maintain standard project plans for any assigned implementation and project workWork on complex issues requiring in-depth analysis.Work independently and partners with internal PMO and Operations teams to ensure proper subject matter expertise is available to support implementation process by indirectly setting objectives for all internal and client resourcesProvides extensive project management SME expertise to other PMs and cross-functional stakeholders.Work closely with EDI team during implementation process to ensure EDI workflow is defined and executableLeads all applicable cross-functional teams during implementation process to ensure workflows and processes are defined and executable.Interacts and collaborates with Adjudication Partners as applicable related to implementation of mutual clientsMaintain awareness of and ensure adherence to ZELIS standards regarding privacyDomestic travel up to 45%What You'll Bring To ZelisBachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience or master’s degree plus 6+ years of experienceExperience in presenting work to internal/external stakeholders and professional organizations.PMP PreferredGreen Belt Preferred50% Transactional, 50% TacticalExpert experience in Implementation or Account Management; Expert proficiency in partnering with IT for new vendor implementation and creation of new EDI interfacesModerate knowledge of electronic claim processing knowledgeExpert experience working with healthcare claim adjudication partner vendorsExpert experience working within formal PMO tool to input, synthesize and report outSolid ability to create project plans, gather requirements and adhering to project plans/timelinesExpert proficiency in partnering with IT for new vendor implementation and creation of new EDI interfacesExpert organizational skills in working with multiple departmentsKnowledge of core business products and services within the claim administrator, claim software spaceProficient in independently working in Excel metric and project reporting.Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.Location and Workplace FlexibilityWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
