The ideal candidate should have experience in the operation of die-cutting machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency in producing various materials and products. This position pays $16.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Die Cutting Operation:\nSet up and operate die-cutting machinery according to job specifications.\nMonitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process.\n2. Quality Control:\nConduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.\nAdjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and consistency.\n3. Maintenance:\nPerform routine maintenance on die-cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.\nIdentify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.\n4. Safety and Compliance:\nAdhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.\nComply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.\n5. Collaboration:\nCoordinate with team members, including machine assistants and production staff.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other departments as needed.\nRequirements:\nQualifications:\n1. Proven experience as a Die Cutting Operator or similar role.\n2. Knowledge of die-cutting machinery and related tools.\n3. Ability to read and interpret job specifications.\n4. Strong attention to detail and quality control.\n5. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\n6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n7.
